Rod was the most knowledgeable and professional out of all the contractors I interviewed for my master bath project. Before meeting Rod, I had more than my share of idiots who came to look at the project and had no clue. It is hard to find good people to work with who do quality work and exceed your expectations. We had our tile floors cleaned, regrouted, sealed and buffed in our kitchen, foyer, laundry room and guest bath along with the tile in our master bath shower. Rod explained the process and demonstrated the product at our initial meeting. He sent a detailed estimate and we set up our appointment. Both Rod and Peter came out to our home. Peter is conscientious, detail oriented, polite, and very thorough. Both are COVID aware and follow safe practices. Rod responded swiftly to a minor concern and it was immediately remedied. He is a consummate professional. We have shared our positive experience with others and highly recommend their service and product.

My shower came out beautifully, like the day it was installed. Initially, my quote included a customized coloring of the grout (ColorSeal); however, Rod was able to thoroughly clean the tiles and grout and restore color without this extra step and charged me accordingly.
