Rod was very professional - arrived on time to the estimate, quickly determined and patiently described the issue and followed up on a timely basis with the estimate. He provided advance notice of his arrival on the day the work was performed and arrived on time with his new employee. The work was done in the amount of time estimated and the results were beautiful - grout looks brand new! Very friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would hire them again for future needs.

Sir Grout (Rod) came and refinished all the marble countertops in my kitchen. I inherited counters that were badly etched with hot pan rings, discoloration with the beauty of the stone washed out. We wanted to keep the honed look, Rod understood exactly what we were asking for and immediately got to work. He spent literally 7 hrs on the project, working almost that entire time non-stop. His attention to detail, the clean-up after, the way he took care of the counters and most importantly talking to me about care going forward for the counters was exceptional.

I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them exclusively in the future if I have any other grout work that needs to be completed. Well worth it to give new life to counters that did not age well and were mistreated.
