I knew exactly what they were going to do and each job had a separate quote (I had 3 rooms that needed work). The service tech, Peter, was on time, very pleasant and a hard worker. I will recommend this company to anybody who requires floor work. I was scheduled for a free estimate. And the owner was amazing he came in and was very honest and realistic with what he thinks is the best option for me. He told me that what I required I can actually do myself. He didn't up sell me, he didn't provide me services that I didn't need. He followed up with me and gave me hints and tips on how to manage my floors. I will use this company in the future when I really do need their services. I give them 5 out of 5 for their customer service, knowledge and overall experience.
