Results were better then expected. Felix texted to say he was stuck in traffic...which was appreciated...but arrived only a few minutes after the appointed time. Felix was very professional and explained the process he was going to use before he started. He answered every question with a full answer so we had no doubts. He worked clean and cleaned up the worksite after he was done quite well. He also explained proper maintenance procedures to keep the work looking new and fresh.
