This is my third time using Sir Grout, and again it did not disappoint. Peter did a great job. He was efficient and pointed out a few things that could help make things last longer in terms of keeping our master bath shower in good shape. The whole process was very professional, from the owner's initial cost-free assessment of our shower tile problem to the excellent work of their technician, Peter.

The evaluation was comprehensive and thorough, with a quote for remedial work received within 2 days. The technician arrived on time on the agreed upon day and worked 6 hours straight through to the end without a break. His careful preparation protected all the surrounding areas and he answered all our questions. Clean up was done extremely well. An excellent experience.

Had Rod and Pete remove old grout in my shower stall and re-polish the tops of vanities and floors. All Carrera marble. They did a superb, tidy job. I would highly recommend this business.
