I am very satisfied with the work that Peter completed for me. When my condo was built, the builder didn't do a good job with the caulking and grout in the bathrooms and kitchen. Peter removed the old caulk from three bathroom sinks and my kitchen sink, including messy caulk that was left in the sinks where it shouldn't have been. He then carefully applied clear silicone the way it should have been done.
Peter also worked on both of my showers, removing both caulk and grout that wasn't applied properly by the builder, and reapplied very carefully. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and am very happy with how much nicer my sinks and showers look now. I also thought that the pricing was very reasonable for the high quality and detail of the work done. I will definitely be using Sir Grout again in the future. Thank you Rod and Peter!
We had Sir Grout recondition a tile shower that was badly stained by mildew. Rod was very professional providing the project overview and pricing. He provided valuable information on causes and ways to prevent problems in the future. The technician arrived on time and worked nonstop until the job was complete. Sir Grout's Peter did a great job on the grout in both of our bathrooms. The previous owners were not very good at cleaning and keeping things well maintained. Peter took care of all the grout issues: replaced some joints, steam cleaned, replaced caulk, secured a shelf, added cement under a tile that had a void underneath, sprayed anti-microbial on everything, and left some colored grout sealer so we could seal and stain the new grout to match the old grout. He was constantly checking with me before he did some extra work, and completed everything in one day. It looks great. It was well-worth the cost and peace of mind.
