Our recent experience with Sir Grout Hartford was super. Rod, the owner, was very professional and extremely thorough in explaining what services he could offer regarding our needs and how the work would be executed. Rod provided a detailed quote which broke down and explained the different services we would be receiving. Peter, the technician, actually arrived a bit early on the scheduled work day, despite having to drive some distance through an early spring snow storm.

Peter cleaned the tiles in our shower, cleaned and renewed the grout, cleaned and polished the marble surround and cleaned the glass shower door and applied water repellent. The 22 year old shower looks brand new! Peter also did a wonderful job resealing our honed Danby marble kitchen countertops. They were in good shape already, but he was meticulous in properly applying the sealer. I have recommended Sir Grout Hartford to friends and I am already looking ahead to working with Sir Grout on additional projects next year.
