Sir Grout (Rod) came and refinished all the marble countertops in my kitchen. I inherited counters that were badly etched with hot pan rings, discoloration with the beauty of the stone washed out. We wanted to keep the honed look, Rod understood exactly what we were asking for and immediately got to work. He spent literally 7 hrs on the project, working almost that entire time non-stop. His attention to detail, the clean-up after, the way he took care of the counters and most importantly talking to me about care going forward for the counters was exceptional.
I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them exclusively in the future if I have any other grout work that needs to be completed. Well worth it to give new life to counters that did not age well and were mistreated.

Peter is conscientious, detail oriented, polite, and very thorough. Both are COVID aware and follow safe practices. Rod responded swiftly to a minor concern and it was immediately remedied. My shower came out beautifully, like the day it was installed. Initially, my quote included a customized coloring of the grout (ColorSeal); however, Rod was able to thoroughly clean the tiles and grout and restore color without this extra step and charged me accordingly.
