Our technician Peter explained the whole process, took exceptional care in our home, and made our bathroom look better than new! We have an older tile floor in our kitchen that we still really like and did not want to replace. However, over the years the grout became very hard to clean, and the tile looked dull. We called Rod to schedule a look and give us a quote. He was very good explaining the process, and was able to email us a detailed quote the next day. Peter, the technician arrived on time and stayed all day cleaning and then re-grouting the tile. He explained each step along the way. Afterwards, he put a sealant on the entire floor. We were amazed with how new the floor looked. Both gentlemen were easy to work with and I would use them again for future work. I highly recommend them for any grout work you are considering.
I am beyond thrilled with the amazing job done by Sir Grout! Peter did an incredible job in multiple areas: Powder Room, front hall and 3 other bathroom floors along with a shower. My goal was to feel like I had refreshed the floor in my Powder Room rather than unnecessarily needing a demo and Rod and Peter went beyond my hopes. With the color change of grout that was applied I am excited every single time because it looks like A whole new updated floor! I would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again and highly recommend their expertise.

Rod and his tech did an amazing job. My tile floor took a beating over the last ten years to the point anything I used to clean it made no difference. They came in, cleaned the floor, fixed the color of my grout with epoxy and sealed everything. My floor now looks like it did the first day it was installed. I would absolutely recommend them!
The work on our walk-in glass enclosed shower was excellent. Peter, the technician who performed the work, was knowledgeable and courteous. Our shower looks like the day we moved into our new house.
