Rod did a great job explaining the process, and Jai did an excellent job getting the work done for us. Jai was professional, thorough, and hardworking. I highly recommend Sir Grout Hartford.
Very knowledgeable and great service! Thank you very much!
Sir Grout exceeded my expectations! It looks like I have brand news floors for a fraction of the cost. The technician, Gai was polite, knowledgeable and did an A+ job! I highly recommend Sir Grout and staff.
Our technician, Jai, was polite, on time, delightful, and did an awesome job! We are beyond thrilled with the results!
Jai did an amazing job, and Rob was extremely accommodating in scheduling the work so it could be completed and dry without disrupting our lives. They worked in 4 bathrooms and the kitchen while we were out of town, and our tile looks better than it did the day it was installed.
Really pleased with the work! Honestly, it does look like a new floor! Thank you, Jai, for the excellent work!
The Sir Grout Hartford service rep, Jai, was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He did a very neat and thorough job and worked efficiently. We are quite pleased with our experience.
Jai did an excellent job! We are very pleased with the work that was done, and we would highly recommend Sir Grout Hartford!
Jai, the technician who removed our old, crumbling grout and then re-grouted the floor, did an excellent job. I wish I had contacted Sir Grout Hartford earlier instead of putting up with a bad job for so long. Thank you for a job well done.
