Rod went above and beyond. He cleaned and sealed the kitchen floor, as well as two bathroom floors and showers. He cleaned all the tile and grout and did the necessary caulking and grout repairs. Also, he cleaned and sealed the vanity in the guest bathroom, which had a lot of mineral buildup. He fixed things I didn't know could be fixed.
