I hired Sir Grout Hartford to come reseal my shower, re-caulk my kitchen counter, and to refurbish my marble bathroom vanity. I was told that the arrival time would be 8 AM and at 7:55 AM Jai pulled into my driveway! He was joined by Rod at noon and the entire job was completed by 3:30 PM. Jai did not even take break for lunch!

The work is impeccable, and I am so pleased with how everything came out! I was joking that I don't think I ever want to use my shower or my bathroom sink again because they are in pristine condition. I also cannot believe what Rod did to restore the marble. It looks unbelievable! As for Jai… He put up with my shenanigans… I actually messed up some of the caulk in the kitchen before they even left, and he fixed it for me with a smile on his face in a "no worries!". The man has the patience of a saint!

My tile floor was over 20 yrs old and looked very tired. Sir Grout came in and made it look like a brand new floor. Very , very pleased. The difference was astounding. We have a walk in shower. After 25 years of normal wear and tear it didn't look too pretty. Tiles were still good but that's wear the good news stops. I called SIR GROUT and made an appointment and they said this shower can be repaired. You must follow all their instructions so repair comes out correct. At next appointment I met Peter. (The tech) He worked his magic and spent 8 or 9 hours of non stop working. He is a first class guy and now our shower looks brand new! Thanks again.
