Our recent experience with Sir Grout Hartford was super. Rod Carnes, the owner, was very professional and extremely thorough in explaining what services he could offer regarding our needs and how the work would be executed. Rod provided a detailed quote which broke down and explained the different services we would be receiving. Peter, the technician, actually arrived a bit early on the scheduled work day, despite having to drive some distance through an early spring snow storm.
Peter cleaned the tiles in our shower, cleaned and renewed the grout, cleaned and polished the marble surround and cleaned the glass shower door and applied water repellent. The 22 year old shower looks brand new! Peter also did a wonderful job resealing our honed Danby marble kitchen countertops. They were in good shape already, but he was meticulous in properly applying the sealer. I have recommended Sir Grout Hartford to friends and I am already looking ahead to working with Sir Grout on additional projects next year.

We are very happy with the finished product. Our white tile floor looks absolutely great! Peter was very conscientious and provided good advice; such a hard worker. Rod came in the following day and applied the nano sealer. Looks so good. I hope I can keep the floor clean with 2 large dogs roaming the house. I have no doubt that cleaning this textured tile will be easier with this product on it.

Sir Grout did quite a bit of cleaning, polishing, re-grouting and caulking 2 bathrooms, a powder room floor and our foyer stone floor. They all haven't looked this good since they were originally put in. Rod and Peter were very professional, and we could not have been any happier with the results. Everything looks pristine!
